Morocco has various desert areas, but only one area really stands out for sandboarding in Morocco, and that is Erg Chebbi.Located a few Km outside the desert village of Merzouga, Erg Chebbi is a massive dune of the Moroccan Sahara desert.

We start your adventure in a 4x4 and set out to see the different faces of desert dunes with its black volcanic rocks, passing through small villages, where you will stop to drink mint tea with a Berber family in their tent, along the road used by the Paris Dakar rally. You will then reach a cave where you can discover how the local people extract the fossils from the heart of the earth. You will stop also to listen to some Saharan Music in El Khamlia village. You will walk little bit in the oasis. We visit Khamlia village for its Gnawa music.
